Katherine Willis

Hello! I'm Katherine - a strategic marketer with over a decade of experience in both global and local capacities. With experience ranging from established/world leading B2B agencies to early stage B2C startups and fast growth scale-ups, I've solved challenges towards expansion and stable growth at different stages and can build industry-diverse marketing & sales strategies that drive revenue, loyalty and brand strength. With a focus on audiences and cultural insight, I lead with creativity, built above commercial goals and ROI measurement to meet ambitious growth targets, whether that's scaling, expansion or GTM planning. I can lead a variety of skillsets, keeping motivations high across disciplines/specialisms. I have a builder and growth mindset, am a very positive person, tenacious and resilient... a solution-seeker who actions quickly. And feminine! The aim is to be a role model for younger women in business as I build my own consumer brand Cups Full.
